We recommend reaching out as soon as you have an anticipated event date. As a general guide, most couples book wedding planning 9–12 months or more before their wedding, and most other celebrations book 3–6 months ahead.We also welcome inquiries for events approaching sooner and will discuss availability and services based on your timeline.

Absolutely! Many of our clients have already secured their venue and vendors before contacting us.Depending on your needs, our Partial Planning or Event Coordination services may be a great fit. We'll review your existing arrangements and recommend the most appropriate level of support.

Yes. Vendor communication and coordination are provided according to your selected service package.Our team helps ensure vendors receive the appropriate schedules, logistical details, and event-related information. The timing and extent of our involvement will be outlined in your service agreement.

Rehearsal assistance varies by package. Our Signature Full-Service Planning and Blissful Partial Planning packages include up to two hours of services on the rehearsal day.For other wedding coordination packages, rehearsal assistance may be added based on your event's needs, location, and schedule.

Rehearsal coordination includes reviewing the ceremony processional and recessional, guiding wedding-party positioning, confirming ceremony cues, and coordinating with the officiant or venue representative.Rehearsal dinner planning is not included in standard rehearsal coordination. If you would like help with your rehearsal dinner, our Rehearsal Coordination add-on offers up to three hours of on-site support on rehearsal night, including help with the dinner location, caterer and menu, rentals, timeline, and décor setup.
